*This information is only a summary of what is covered under the contract developed on behalf of TLCL’s Group customers. Coverage is based on Institute Cargo Clauses A (ICC A) and subject to the terms and conditions of the policy that can be forwarded upon request. Possibility to get a FPA coverage (Free of Particular Average) based on ICC C clauses. This insurance covers losses or damages to goods due to major events only such as: fire, explosion, grounding, sinking, contribution to General Average.
